Confirm Availability

Please send us an email or give us a call to check the availability on your preferred ride. Once we have confirmed that we have availability on the requested ride, you need to complete a booking form and either email it back to us, or post it.

We also require a deposit at the time of booking, which varies according to the type of holiday booked. For a trail riding holiday it is £350, for a working holiday or short break riding holiday of 3 days or less it is £100.

We recommend you view our Terms and Conditions before booking, but a brief overview of our cancellation policy is below.
