How to Book
You can book either by emailing us or phoning us to check availability
Please send us an email or give us a call to check the availability on your preferred ride. Once we have confirmed that we have availability on the requested ride, you need to complete a booking form and either email it back to us, or post it.
We also require a deposit at the time of booking, which varies according to the type of holiday booked. For a trail riding holiday it is £350, for a short break riding holiday of 3 days or less it is £100 and for a working/horsecare holiday the deposit is £50. Deposits can be paid via the Make a Payment page.
We recommend you view our Terms and Conditions before booking, but a brief overview of our cancellation policy is below.
Deposit and Cancellation Terms
A deposit of £350 per person should accompany this booking form (£100 for short breaks of 3 days or less and £50 for working holidays). Your holiday will then be confirmed in writing to you. If booking by telephone, then your deposit and booking form must be sent within 7 days to secure your place on the ride. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival, or your booking will be cancelled with the exception of working holidays, where the balance can be paid on arrival. If your holiday is booked within 4 weeks of arrival, it must be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of holiday within 4 weeks of your arrival date. We strongly suggest that you take out holiday insurance cover that includes cancellation - see our insurance page for suggestions.
Payment should be made to by cheque made payable to Highlands Unbridled or bank transfer (contact us for details) or by credit/debit cards through PayPal - please note, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make payments this way! Please email or phone us to check availability on the ride before paying deposits.
